Who Will Manage Edmonton?

Many Seeking Edmonton Baseball Job
EDMONTON, Nov. 7—John Ducey, operator of Edmonton’s franchise in the Western International Baseball League, said today he has received 10 applications so far for the managerial job of his club.
Ducey said he might have something to say about the managerial choice if Edmonton can manage a partial working agreement with some major league club at the Dec. 1 to 7 meetings in Phoenix, Ariz., of the major and minor leagues.
He left today for Tacoma, Wash., to attend the annual meeting of the W.I.L. Formal acceptance of Calgary and Edmonton will be made by league at Tacoma.
