Gimme, Says Ducey

Ducey Requests Improved Park
EDMONTON, Nov. 10, 1952—John Ducey, Edmonton baseball promoter, is promising major improvements for Renfrew Park, which will be the home of Edmonton’s entry in the Western International Baseball League next spring.
In a letter to city council, Ducey asks several improvements for 1953. They include a new 14-foot fence, a new electrical scoreboard and an additional 444 box seats and 1,500 bleacher seats.
He also asks the improvement of the car parking facilities and improvement of the park lighting.
