Caps’ Andring to Try to Stay with Seattle

[Vancouver Province, March 2, 1953]
PALM SPRINGS, Calif.—The Seattle Rainiers had their first base problem solved Saturday—at least temporarily—with the announcement by general manager Leo Miller that Bill Andring, property of the Vancouver Capilanos of the WIL, would get a trial at the position.
Andring formerly was with the Yakima Bears of the class A WIL, and was up briefly with the San Francisco Seals.
