Wenatchee Loses Boss

Pohlman Quits Wenatchee Job
WENATCHEE, Nov. 18, 1952 — Mayor Arthur H. Pohlman Monday announced his resignation from the board of directors of the Wenatchee Western International League baseball club.
Pohlman had been president of the team since local businessmen took over the franchise at the close of the 1849 season. He was retained on the board of directors when stockholders elected Paul F. Thornas, local fruit shipper, president last week.
