Larry Manier Is Sold to Edmonton Club Of Western International
DENVER, Jan. 9 — The Denver Bears of the Western Baseball League announced Friday the sale of Pitcher Larry Manier to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, club of the Western International League. Both are Class A leagues.
Manier, a righthander, had a 2-3 record with Denver and a 9-5 mark with Billings of the Class C Pioneer League last season.
