Catcher Signed
EDMONTON, March 13 — Signing of Catcher Dick Morgan, brother of Pitcher Tom Morgan of the New York Yankees, was announced Friday by General Manager John Ducey of the Edmonton Eskimos of the Western International Baseball League.
Morgan was purchased by Eskimos from the Yankees through their Birmingham, Ala., farm club in the Southern Association. Morgan, from Arcadia, Calif., played pro ball in Iowa the last three years.
